- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
