  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Lay the ham slices flat on a cutting board and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice.
  • Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of each ham slice.
  • Roll up each ham and cheese slice tightly, and then slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Place the pinwheels cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of the pinwheels with melted butter.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the pinwheels cool slightly before serving with a side of mustard dip.
