- 2 large avocados, ripe but firm
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce, finely chopped
