- 1 lemon, lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow yellow bell pepper, sliced
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill to make the marinade.
