Ingrédients
  

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse well.
  • In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, lemon juice, sea salt, and 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the garlic, fresh parsley, fresh dill, and nutritional yeast. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is silky smooth.
  • Adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt, lemon juice, or water to reach the desired consistency.
  • Transfer the cashew cream to a jar or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
