- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and honey together until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
