Ingrédients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 large beets, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potato and beet slices with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until the slices are evenly coated.
- Arrange the sliced vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
