Mini Cheese Quesadillas - Vegetarian
These Mini Cheese Quesadillas are the perfect bite-sized snacks that pack a punch with every morsel. Ingrédients
- 8 small small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter.
- Place the buttered side down on the skillet, and sprinkle a mixture of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over half of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas in half over the cheese to form a half-moon shape.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and cut each quesadilla into thirds to create mini wedges.
- Serve with salsa, chopped green onions, and sour cream on the side for dipping.
