Ingrédients
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam the cauliflower florets for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Let them cool slightly, then finely chop or pulse them in a food processor until they resemble rice.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cauliflower, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, cylindrical tots and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tots are golden brown and crispy.
- While the tots are baking, prepare the sriracha mayo by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Serve the cauliflower tater tots hot with sriracha mayo on the side for dipping.
