Ingrédients
- 3 larges oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1 large fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
