Ingrédients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano until well combined.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are browned but not fully cooked through.
- Transfer the browned meatballs back to the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
