Ingrédients
- 6 medium chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place them in the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
