Ingrédients
- 2 cups milk (any variety)
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 to to 2 tablespoons sugar (depending on taste)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for sprinkling
- 1/4 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee
- Whipped cream, cream, for topping
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar until hot and the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
- Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until frothy.
