Ingrédients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup thawed frozen chopped spinach, drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and artichokes, cooking for about 2 minutes until heated through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika.
