Yogurt Fruit Popsicles - Vegetarian
The Summer Delight Yogurt Fruit Popsicles combine the creaminess of Greek yogurt with the vibrant flavors of fresh berries, offering a cooling and refreshing treat perfect for warm days. Each bite reveals a delightful burst of sweetness and tanginess from the berries, complemented by the smooth and luscious texture of the yogurt.
Ingrédients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the mixed fresh berries gently to prevent crushing the berries.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, filling them halfway.
- Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt mixture.
- Fill the molds the rest of the way with the remaining yogurt mixture.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
