Raspberry Coconut Almond Bars - Gluten Free

Ingrédients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish to form an even layer.
- Scatter raspberries over the top and gently press them into the base.
- Sprinkle slivered almonds over the raspberries.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into bars.
