Ingrédients
- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine the peanut butter, honey, and butter over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal to the mixture and gently fold until all the cereal is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
