Ingrédients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons grated lime zest
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and butter over low heat until fully combined.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, coconut cream, grated lime zest, lime juice, erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Gradually add the melted coconut oil and butter mixture into the bowl, stirring constantly until the ingredients are well blended.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once firm, pop the fat bombs out of the molds and transfer them to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
