Grilled Stone Fruit with Balsamic Glaze - Vegetarian
Indulge in the sweet, smoky flavors of summer with our Grilled Stone Fruit with Balsamic Glaze. This delightful medley of peaches, plums, and nectarines is perfectly grilled to bring out their natural sweetness, complemented by a rich, tangy balsamic glaze.
Ingrédients
- 2 larges peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 larges plums, halved and pitted
- 2 larges nectarines, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh mint mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and honey.
- Brush the cut sides of the stone fruits with the olive oil and honey mixture.
- Place the fruit halves on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 3-4 minutes, until grill marks appear and the fruit is slightly softened.
- While the fruit is grilling, pour the balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer the balsamic vinegar for about 5-7 minutes, until it reduces and becomes a thick glaze.
- Remove the fruit from the grill and arrange on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the grilled fruit and season with a pinch of salt.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
