Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie Popsicles are the perfect remedy for hot summer days. Ingrédients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup mango, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and lemon juice until well combined.
- Arrange the fruits in popsicle molds in any pattern you prefer.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into each mold, tapping gently to remove any air pockets.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- To release the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
