Ingrédients
- 4 large bananas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- Whipped cream cream (optional)
- Chocolate shavings shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until the sugar dissolves and forms a caramel sauce.
- Place the banana halves in the skillet, cut side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the bananas from the skillet and place two halves in each serving bowl.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Add whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. Serve immediately.
