Ingrédients
- 3 cups diced apples
- 2 cups diced pears
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, pears, cranberries, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the fruit evenly.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out into an even layer.
- In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, cubed butter, chopped pecans, and a pinch of salt. Use your fingers to work the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture becomes crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
