Ingrédients
- 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
- 1 1/2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1,5 cups milk

Instructions

- In another bowl, mix the sweet potato, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter might be slightly lumpy, which is okay.
- Lightly grease the waffle maker with cooking spray or a light brush of oil.
