Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the almond milk and flour until a smooth batter forms. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting the excess drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and the batter is cooked through.
  • While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small bowl, mix the hot sauce with the melted vegan butter.
