Ingrédients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 small small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Lime wedges wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and hot sauce to make the spicy sauce.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or wrap them in a damp towel and microwave for 30 seconds until soft.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a handful of shredded cabbage on each tortilla. Top with shrimp, red onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle the spicy sauce over the top and serve with lime wedges.
