Ingrédients
- 4 boneless boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

- Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the creamy mushroom sauce over them.
- Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pork chops are heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
