Ingrédients
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Lay the ham slices flat on a cutting board and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of each ham slice.
- Roll up each ham and cheese slice tightly, and then slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the pinwheels with melted butter.
