Ingrédients
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups zucchini, spiralized
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler on your oven and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
