Ingrédients
- 30 cherry cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely diced zucchini
- 1/2 cup finely diced yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the seeds using a small spoon or melon baller.
