- 2 lbs lbs chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
