Ingrédients
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 baguette, baguette, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake the baguette slices for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the bread is toasting, heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
