Ingrédients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 8 small small corn tortillas
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cilantro. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until fully cooked and opaque.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, cumin, and salt to make the creamy lime sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing some shredded red cabbage and sliced radishes on each tortilla. Top with cooked shrimp and drizzle with creamy lime sauce.
