Ingrédients
- 1 baguette, baguette, sliced into 16 slices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 8 ounces ounces goat cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, honey, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread a generous amount of the goat cheese mixture onto each crostini.
