Ingrédients
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels (from 2-3 ears)
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 red red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 red red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
