Ingrédients
- 1 sheet sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a small spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the squares into triangles and press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Beat the egg with water to create an egg wash, and brush it over each triangle.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Arrange the cheese-filled triangles on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed.
