Ingrédients
- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens.
- Add the Italian seasoning and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat them with the creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
