Ingrédients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the lemon zest, thyme, and vanilla extract, mixing well to combine.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until the dough comes together.
- Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log about 2 inches in diameter.
- Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

- Slice the dough logs into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
