Ingrédients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork and rub them with olive oil.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until tender.
