Ingrédients
- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red red chilies, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and chilies, stir-frying until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced chicken breast, cooking until no longer pink, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the onion and bell peppers, continuing to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, and chicken broth in a small bowl, then pour into the skillet.
- Toss in the Thai basil leaves and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
- Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
