Ingrédients
- 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and return to the pot. Mash slightly to break up the florets.
- Stir in heavy cream, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until well combined.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
