Ingrédients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped dried apricots, sliced almonds, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the almond butter and honey, stirring until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the almond butter and honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan, ensuring it's evenly spread.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
