Ingrédients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled orzo, spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and kalamata olives.
