Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad - Vegetarian
The Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad is the epitome of summer on a plate. Ingrédients
- 4 large peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces ounces burrata cheese
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil and place them on the grill, cut side down.
- Grill the peaches for 3-4 minutes, until they have nice grill marks and are slightly softened. Remove from the grill and set aside.
- Arrange the arugula on a large platter.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and evenly distribute over the arugula.
