Ingrédients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shelled edamame, shredded carrots, chopped scallions, and chopped cilantro.
