Ingrédients
- 4 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the napa cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, snap peas, cilantro, and green onions.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, fresh ginger, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss well to combine.
