Ingrédients
- 1 pound ravioli (preferably filled with ricotta and spinach)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 8 fresh fresh sage leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil together.
- Add the minced garlic and sage leaves, cooking until the butter begins to brown and the sage turns crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Drain the ravioli, reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
- Add the ravioli to the skillet with the sage brown butter sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve a silky sauce.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
