Ingrédients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red red chili peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- Cooked jasmine jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and chili peppers, stir-frying for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until it starts to brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the onion, continuing to cook until it becomes translucent.
- Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, stirring to combine well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and beef is cooked through.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the Thai basil leaves until wilted.
- Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice.
