Ingrédients

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

- In the same skillet, add chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, mixing to combine with the zucchini noodles.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
