The Keto Creamy Tuscan Chicken takes the classic flavors of Tuscan cuisine and transforms them into a low-carb masterpiece. With juicy, sautéed chicken breasts enveloped in a rich, creamy sauce infused with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, fresh spinach, and a hint of Parmesan, each bite offers a sublime blend of textures and tastes.
Ingrédients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, basil, and oregano.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
- Simmer for another 3-5 minutes to heat the chicken through and thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
