Ingrédients
- 2 pounds pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and shred the chicken.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cool, crumble the bacon.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the green onions. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
- Garnish with remaining green onions and chopped fresh parsley before serving.
